During lockdown it is great to see so many people out utilising their exercise period (at a 2m safe distance). For many running or cycling, particularly on a regular basis may be a new sport which may be associated with overuse injuries. Similarly more time spent indoors, sat down may be associated with painful or stiff spines. If you are experiencing any aches or pains or simply require some advice to safely increase your activity then I am here to help. Virtual appointments are available over the phone or video or email.
